End of the 4 week holiday…did I put on weight?

I’ve not put much weight on, my belt is still at the same notch. 

Still my fitness levels must be down - I only managed 4 workouts in 4 weeks.  Opposed to my usual 16.

Some tips I did to keep the weight off

- walk a lot.  This holiday was mostly city breaks joined together, so I managed up to 2 hours walking per day

- Skinny Mini diet pills to surpress appetite.  Just took one early in the morning and had a big breako, v.small lunch or no lunch…although no lunch meant my blood sugar dropped.

- eat lots of protein….in the restaurant I went for protein and salad with some carbs last.

- stay off the coca cola and on the fruit juice/water

Still, I think I might have gained a few lbs but nothing drastic, considering I was eating deserts and not doing cardio, that was a pretty good result.  Last holiday I put on 20lbs in 3 weeks…..

    hey nice blog! =) good luck with your losing weight! i’m trying too! not taking any pills though and not doing much sports either! but i lost about 15lbs 6 months (including christmas and easter that is where i gained a lot! lol)
